Husband Sues Wife for Being Born Ugly, According to His Standards

                       INTRODUCTION

Why is the world so hung up on physical beauty?

The court system has reached the point where it is okay for a husband to sue his wife for being born ugly.

Is beauty really in the eye of the beholder? Or are we influenced by what we see in magazines or on social media? Where do we draw the line, when it all boils down to physical beauty?

Jian Sues His Wife And Wins!

Did He Marry His Wife for Looks or Love?

Jian Feng sued his wife after she gave birth to their daughter.

Jian could not understand why his young daughter was born so unattractive, according to his personal standards.

Jian later discovered that his wife had undergone $100,000 worth of plastic surgery before they met.

Mr. Feng felt betrayed; his emotions led him to sue his wife, saying that she married him under false pretenses.

Jian won the lawsuit and was awarded $120,000 in the settlement.

This heartbreaking story is so wrong that I don't even know where to begin.

Every parent awaits the birth of their child hoping that their newborn will come out healthy. However, being disappointed because the child is born unattractive is unheard of, until now.

What is the definition of genuine beauty? Was  Jian looking for a woman who was physically attractive according to the standards of this world? Did billboards and magazines paint a blinding picture of what genuine beauty should look like?

In Search Of A Worthy King, With A Beautiful Heart

When God asked Samuel to search for a king, Samuel the Prophet was looking for a handsome man, but wisdom spoke:

“But the Lord said to Samuel, ‘Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.’” (1 Samuel 16:7)

Even though King David was handsome, brave, and strong, God tested his heart and saw something much deeper than his outward appearance. Grace, and humility, is the fountain of youth, according to an entity far greater than man.

The power of grace, and humility, is perishing in a time of selfies and self-love, so much so that plastic surgery has become a way of life to gain the finer things in this life.

Sadly, the true meaning of beauty is overshadowed by a false sense of the outer appearance.
